Milarepa's Dohas - Songs of Realization
The great Yogi Milarepa lived in Tibet in the 11th century. A great part of his live he stayed in seclusion, meditating in caves. Later on he had many disciples, One of the most well known was Gampopa, the teacher of the first Karmapa. Very often Milarepa composed his teachings as songs. The collection of the "Hundred thousand songs of Milarepa" is a very profound and famous work.
Green Tara Empowerment
The Green Tara is a female aspect of Buddha. It is said, that the practice of the Green Tara can dispel fear and clear all hindrances to the Dharma practice.
